ABOUT THE SHOW: 

In 2005, a member of WVTV (Villanova Television) suggested to start a reality show, "Sheehan Beach" (an obvious spoofing off of the name "Laguna Beach"). Later the idea was picked up by Christine Mahin, a senior English major. However, instead of creating a reality show she decided on changing "Sheehan Beach" to a scripted drama. She was joined by fellow students Colleen Comerford, Lisa Tuason and Elizabeth Praught to write the script. After a month of auditions, shoots, and tons of editing, "Sheehan Beach" premiered in the cinema of the Connelly Center on February 25, 2006.
